Payment and Fees

Payment Methods: Upper Learning accepts payments via bank transfer for its services. All payments must be made in accordance with the instructions provided on the invoice.

​

Fee Structure: Detailed information about the fees for different services, including one-to-one tuition, group lessons and academic guardianship will be communicated during the first free consultation session. There is no registration fee. Fees are charged either monthly or by block booking. A minimum of 10 lessons is required for block booking.

Lesson Fees: Lesson fees vary from £40 to £60 per hour, depending on the tutor’s experience and expertise. A 5% discount applies to a block booking of 50 lessons. Tuition fees for admission tests, such as LNAT, TMUA, ESAT, and UCAT, are generally higher. The price for these tests is dependent on the tutors' expertise and availabilities.

Billing and Invoicing: For all services provided by Upper Learning, the invoice will be sent a week before the 1st day of the following month or when two lessons remain from the last booking whichever is applicable.

Cancellation: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of a lesson. Lesson rescheduling will always be accommodated.

​

Termination: In the event of termination of the lessons, a 14-day notice by email is required. The remaining unused lesson fee will be refunded within 14 days.

Refund Policy: Upper Learning implements a strict no-refund policy for any lessons that have taken place. For the unused lessons, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the date the notice has been received.

Changes to Fees: Upper Learning reserves the right to modify its fee structure. Any changes will be communicated to users in advance.
